We appreciate that every pet and every household is different and so we endeavour to offer a friendly and professional tailor-made service for you and your pets.

Our carers will build a relationship with you and your pet and provide you with the service and care you need.  All our carers are able to access all the information about you, your household and your pets in real-time.

For every pet we care for we have a FREE CONSULTATION (pre-COVID this was at your home) where we get to meet everyone and discuss requirements, behaviours and specific care needs and also talk through with you the processes for bookings and updates using our very simple Pet Management System called TIME TO PET.

With the changes to our policies and procedures due to COVID-19 we will discuss with you on an individual basis how best to undertake these consultations to meet your requirements, whether that is meeting in the park with your dog or over FaceTime to say “Hi” to your cat.  We will make this work for us both.

Everyone gets a free consultation with the management and we walk you through how we will work with you and what you can expect being part of The Pet Manny family.  If you wish to speak to any of our carers you can do so free of charge on the phone.  If you wish for an additional consultation in person with of our carers this will be a charged visit as outlined in the full price list

At consultation we will cover everything including our policies and procedures for the care you need and discuss exchanging keys if needed.

Naturally, there is some information we require to care for your pets.  It may seem like we ask a lot of questions but this enables us to care for them as best as we possibly can.  The more information you give us the better.  Now more than ever it is important that your information is precise and up to date to keep everyone safe.

WE WILL REGULARLY ASK YOU TO UPDATE YOUR DETAILS AS THINGS CHANGE WITHIN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.

It is advisory that you create and complete your TIME TO PET account before your consultation so we can then go through all the information with you when we chat.

PLEASE NOTE: We operate a 24/7 pet care service but all admin, including consultations, responding to messages and processing bookings, cancellation and change requests are addressed Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm

When visiting your pets and home, we can also undertake any other task required to ensure that your animals are safe, fit, well and warm and your property is secure and well looked after. All our carers can administer pet medications and clean up after any animal.
